The place it's very clean and the doctor is very nice. One of the nurses made a comment about my medical condition that I rather not pose but everything else was fine.

What healthcare used to be like REVIEW DESCRIPTION It has been a very long time since I experienced quality patient care in the manner that Dr. Ball extended to me. Having had an extensive career in the healthcare field, I am NOT an easy patient. Dr. Ball and her team were thorough and detailed in my exam. Treating me as a valued individual, Dr. Ball walked me through her findings. (I already knew I had glaucoma, early cataracts and myopic) But through Dr. Ball's professional, informative, compassionate and reassuring manner, I left her office feeling hopeful, confident and with a plan of action.

So, I want to start by saying I work in customer service so I actually fully understand that bad days happen, people drop the ball, and I hate ever being a karen. I went to this office with my daughter and actually really liked it. The doctor is nice, the office is clean, they were great with my child, and there is an office dog. I ordered contacts and when I got them, they were 2 different brands. Honestly, not the biggest deal, but I ordered 2 of each box for a rebate. I called and the woman I spoke to was very nice (Ashley), said my husband could bring them in and she ordered the correct brand and had them sent to my house. My husband brought the "off brand" in to exchange and they took the biofinity back instead. I was under the impression since my invoice from the order said biofinity, I would be ordering those and not the off brand .To be honest, I don't care about the brand but had questions about the rebate and cost of biofinity vs the off brand. When I called and started to explain I was interrupted and told they were the exact same thing just different packaging. When I started to tell her that wasn't my question and continued talking, I was put on hold and the office manager (Christine) picked up the phone. When I started to explain the situation she also interrupted me, and with an attitude, told me again they were the exact same contacts with different packaging. I told her I understood that, and that wasn't my question, but as I kept being interrupted I haven't been able to ask yet. I continued on with my questions and she rudely answered them. When I asked about the invoice from the order that said biofinity and the price difference between the 2 brands (if there was one) she told me they were the same price "but if you need me to write another invoice to make you feel better" she would. We'd love to come back once you get different management, but the condescension from your office manager is enough to drive business away. From the other reviews it seems I'm not the only one to deal with condescension at this office. Your office management is the face of your company, and even if the doctor(s) are amazing, it won't matter, as the office staff will drive business away.
